- 1 (8 oz) packages neufchatel cheese
- 1 lb. imitation crab meat
- 6 ounces cooked tiny shrimp
- 1 onion, minced
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 2 tbsp white sugar
- 1-1/2 tsp salt
- 1.2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
