Ingredients:
- 4 pork chops
- 4 apples, peeled and sliced (I use Granny Smith apples and leave skin on)
- 1/2 cup sugar (I use Splenda blend sugar)
- 2 tbsp flour (I use whole wheat flour)
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Mix together sugar, netmeg and cinnamon. Sprinkle sugar mixture over sliced apples and pour into a baking dish. Dust the pork chops with the flour and place on top of the apples. Bake at 450 degress for about 50 minutes. The porl chops should be golden brown and moist.
